Lea Nadler

Carlisle Family YMCA

After decades behind a desk, I knew I had to pay more attention to my health if I wanted to stay active and healthy in retirement. A swim buddy dared me to try a triathlon… and I was hooked! My desire to do longer race distances led me to work with coaches and a personal trainer on improving my nutrition and fitness. They helped me achieve my goals, and now, as I approach 60, I feel and move better than ever. I became a personal trainer because I want to help clients live better, healthier lives too. No matter your age or where you are in life, it’s never too late to try new things or reach for your goals!
